Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature chlorine dishwasher was not meeting the sanitizing standard since the final rinse sanitizer residual was at 0 ppm at the plate.
Corrective Action(s): Staff member primed the dishwasher after which the final rinse sanitizer residual was at least 50 ppm at the plate. This was verified from running the dishwasher twice. Staff member had chlorine test strips on-site for monitoring purposes. Previously washed food contact surfaces were placed in the dishwashing area to be rewashed and sanitized through it.
