Fridge and freezer temperatures are in compliance.
Hand washing sink and sink in staff washroom both have liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers.
Scoops (many available) are washed, rinsed, sanitized, and air dried after use.
If busy, wash and sanitize scoops frequently throughout day.
Sanitizer for wiping cloths and scoops - sanitizer is at 200ppm - good.
Person on site is to have a valid Food Safe certificate. Operator with Food Safe - keep copy of your updated Food Safe certificate on site.
