Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # YTAN-CR2P4K of Apr-19-2023 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Three of four sinks in the front service area have been previously designated as dump sinks and were not equipped with liquid soap or paper towels. Only one designated hand washing sink available in the front, at the very corner. Correction: A hand washing station must be easily accessible to all staff in each area. Dump sinks must still be equipped with liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers. Install and/or fill soap and paper towels dispensers at each dump sink. Correct by: 2 days.
