Back storage area:
Walk in cooler for dairy, meat, and produce products were less than 4C.
Walk in freezer at -18C.
Temperature checks are conducted and recorded twice daily.
Facility has an on-going contract with pest control company.


Retail area:
All coolers at or below 4C.
All freezers at or below -18C.
Aisles clean and organized.
All food products stored off the floor.
Infant formula within expiry dates.
Yogurts, cheeses, milk, and other dairy products at 4C.
Bulk foods and buns stored in food grade bins and provided with individual tongs. Note: scoop holders for the portable bulk were not available and replacements have been ordered.
