Corrective Action(s): Do not use plastic bags in microwave in meantime until you can confirm bags are microwave safe or what the upper limit temperature for the bags are.
Operator agreed to use other food safe, microwave safe containers in the meantime.

Food Handler Hygiene
-Hand wash stations are fully supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers
-Operators had clean clothing for food preparation
-Staff washrooms appear clean and are fully supplied for hand hygiene

Food Safety
-Food in cold holding Coolers are below 4C
-Food in cold holding Freezers are below -18C
-No hot holding items - operator has removed the hot case. Operator reheating all items upon order.
-Cooking - Temperatures are being monitored with thermometers and timers
-Cooling - cooling is done in small batches; ensure batched items are being placed in coolers as soon as possible
-Specialized Food Processing: Pickled Korean vegetables are being made on site, held in coolers at 4C
-Approved Food Source - operator keeps receipts of food ingredients from an approved source
-Food is stored in covered containers; food storage is organized in coolers to prevent contamination

Maintenance and Sanitation
-3 Compartment Sink is fully supplied with bleach at 100ppm Chlorine
-Sanitizer bottles/buckets - have 100ppm Chlorine (chlorine is around 500ppm, ensure to dilute to 100ppm)
-Storage of chemicals is separate and away from food
-Condition of equipment and surfaces - food contact surfaces and equipment are in good repair and clean condition
-Pest control - there are no signs of pests at the time of inspection.
