All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C. or colder. All freezers are -18 degrees C. or colder. Dishwasher final rinse had a 100 PPM chlorine residual at the plate surface. Liquid soap and paper towel at handsinks. Quat sanitizer spray bottle measured a 200 PPM residual.
