Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer concentrations in the 2 spray bottles (near the meat slicers) are below minimum levels for effective sanitization of food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Spray bottles were refilled with fresh sanitizer solution from the dispenser at time of inspection. Quat sanitizer level in the spray bottles are now at adequate concentrations (200ppm) for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
*Remind deli staff to prepare fresh solutions in the spray bottles every day, as the concentrations dissipate over time.*
