Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach in spray bottle registered at 0 ppm chlorine.
Manual dishwashing method using the 2 compartment sink is done incorrectly (dishes are soaked in bleach and then washed with soap and water).
Corrective Action(s): Bleach solution made at the time of inspection using 1/2 tsp of bleach per litre of water - make a fresh solution daily.
Discussed proper method of dishwashing. Follow the FH signed posted by the sinks.

Observation: Handwashing sink lacks single-use paper towel.
Corrective Action(s): Hand sinks must be equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels. Correct immediately.
In the interim, use napkins to dry hands.

Observation: Chocolate powder and syrups stored beside sink and underneath paper towel dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store food close to sink or underneath paper towel dispenser. Food can become contaminated while washing hands.
Remove all food items around the sink. Correct immediately.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Build up of dust underneath espresso machine and pooling of water/slime around the large syrup bottles located by the sink.
Corrective Action(s): Clean all areas that are dirty. Remove pooling water. Do not keep syrups in this area as this area becomes difficult to clean.
Correct immediately.
