Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The loading bay door and the door leading out to the garbage area were both open at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): This may lead to a pest problem because they have an easy access point. Keep these doors closed when not in use.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The sanitizer spray bottle labelled as Quat Sanitizer had water inside it.
Corrective Action(s): This could cause confusion for employees thinking that they are using a sanitizer to clean when in fact it is only water. Only fill the labelled bottles with what they are labelled as.

General sanitation is good.
Hand sinks have hot/cold running water and are stocked with paper towels and soap.
3 compartment sink available with Quat used for sanitizing step.
Sanitizer spray bottle readily available with 200 ppm Quat.
Cooler temps operating at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezer temps operating at or below -18 degrees C.
No signs of pests. Pest management plan in place.
Baby formula expiration dates were checked and are all good.
Chemical storage area is clean and organized.
