Follow-up to inspection conducted on Jun 13, 2023 - Bottom spray arm of dishwasher has been repaired. Operator has resumed using the dishwasher and equipment appears to be visually clean. 100 ppm chlorine residual detected. - Organization of walk-in cooler is good - Thermometers and test strips on order. Begin maintaining cooler and dishwasher logs once they arrive.
