- Operator installed a double compartment pot sink without approval from Fraser Health. City of Burnaby Plumbing Department was contacted during the inspection and confirmed that operator would also be required to obtain a plumbing permit before making such changes.

- Submit floorplans with proposed changes to the City of Burnaby and Fraser Health. Absolutely no changes can be made until written approval is granted from Fraser Health.

- Outstanding deficiencies from the last inspection report dated October 25, 2016 must still be addressed and corrected.

- Operator must obtain FoodSafe Level 1 certificate.

- ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD HANDLING/ PREPARATION UNTIL WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM FRASER HEALTH HAS BEEN GRANTED.
- NO CHANGES TO THE OPERATION MAY BE MADE WITHOUT WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM FRASER HEALTH.
