Rice and miso soup are 60 degrees Celsius or hotter.
General sanitation is overall good.
Liquid soap and paper towel at all handsinks.
Dishwasher final rinse reached 71 deg C at the plate surface. Recommend getting a dishwasher rack for cups and wine glasses to reduce breakage in the dishwasher.
Please acquire a waterproof probe thermometer for checking the internal temperature of foods.
