Observation: High temp mechanical dishwasher was out of order. Person Incharge is aware and stated that techician has been called and service is scheduled for later today. In the mean time, alternate dishwasher available in the adjacent approved kitchen and used for warewashing.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure that high temp mechanical dishwasher is maintained in good working condition and able to adequately sanitize the dishes.
Notify your district EHO once the dishwasher has been serviced.

Routine inspection conducted.

Facility has kitchen upstairs and a shared storage shed located downstairs.

Kitchen:
- Temperature of cooler compartment of fridge recorded at 4.3C
- Freezer component of coolers measured at -18C
- Cooler (outdoors) at 2.6C
- 2 compartment sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200ppm bleach solution recorded in spray bottle.
- Temperature logs maintained. Good.

Storage shed/room:
- Temperature of dairy cooler recorded at 2.3C
- Meat freezer at -16C
- Freezer compartment at -15C and cooler component of fridge at 2.7C
- Dry food stored on shelving units and protected from contamination.

General:
- Food storage practices were found satisfactory.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
- Permit posted in the kitchen.
