Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bean sprouts and cut green onions were stored on ice bath under ambient room temperature. The ice bath level was low and observed not in contact with the food. Internal temperature of the food was measured at 18C.
Corrective Action(s): Add more ice water into the container to ensure food is immersed in ice bath.

302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two sanitizing buckets were measured with 0 ppm of quats sanitizer. Transfer line at the sanitizer dispenser was observed to be empty and not primed properly.
Corrective Action(s): Operator primed the sanitizer dispensed and refilled the sanitizing bucket with 200 ppm quats sanitizer. Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces with the fresh food sanitizer.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cold water line was turned off at the back kitchen hand washing station. Operator stated there was a weird sound when cold water line was turned on.
Corrective Action(s): Turn on the cold water line. Hand washing station must be provided with both hot/cold running water. Service the hand washing station if issue persist.
