Observation: There are several burnt out or producing very low intensity light bulbs over the food preparation area.
Corrective Action(s): The back area is dim. Replace near or already burnt out light bulbs to provide adequate lighting in the food preparation area.

Hand sinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towels.
Bleach sanitizer in bucket was at 100 ppm.
Walk-in cooler and prep line cooler was at or below 4 deg C.
Freezers was at or below -18 deg C.
Pizza in the warming cabinet held for less than 2 hours.
All food items were stored off the floor.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
No signs of pests noted at time of inspection. Ensure there is pest monitoring in place.
General sanitation was satisfactory at time of visit.
