The concession is not in use at this time. The concession is rented out during summer months for athletic events. * Pop corn machine require thorough interior cleaning to remove pop corn spills. * Supply liquid soap and paper towels at the hand sinks. * Clean the cobwebs on the upper levels on the wall above the hand sink. Thermometers must be provided inside reach in coolers. Ensure users are made responsible for monitoring and recording temperature on a log sheet. Ensure to clean all equipment, areas underneath the equipment and shelves before the start of the season. If hamburgers are to be cooked outdoors, a temporary hand wash station must be used. Deep freezer at -30 degrees C.
