The following corrections were observed at the follow up inspection: - All refrigeration units are equipped with working thermometers - Build up of ice removed from freezers - One of the racks in the walk-in cooler has been cleaned. The other one is still be cleaned of debris. - Raw meats are no longer stored above other food products - The owner noted that he has started monitoring cooler temperatures, but no record was being kept. Recommended to have a temperature log in place.
