Front service area hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
100ppm chlorine sanitizer solution prepared and available for use. New wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use. Once used stored in dirty container and awaits laundering.
3 compartment sink available for use. 200ppm quats dispensed from chemical dispensing system.
Walk in cooler at 0-1 degrees C.
Walk in freezer at -18 degrees C.
Preparation area under the counter at or below 4 degrees C.
Time stamping now done digitally. Shell eggs stored at room temperature adequately time stamped with discard time, time limit is 2 hours.
Hot holding at or above 60 degrees C.
Wall mounted freezer at -21 degrees C.
Fries freezer at -16 degrees C.
Freezer for storing burger patties at or below -18 degrees C.
FOODSAFE level 1 requirements met at time of inspection.
