Comments

Hand wash station supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm. Walk-in freezer was at -14 deg C (clean and organized). All coolers were maintaining 4 deg C or below. Pizza hot holding cabinet not used at time of inspection (used during busy times i.e. weekends). Temperature log was well maintained. New dishwasher installed. After several temp checks and adjustment of settings by maintenance, temperature at plate surface reached 73.8 - 78 deg C. Equipment were being cleaned and sanitized at time of visit. No signs of pests noted. Pest control monitoring in place. General sanitation was satisfactory.
