Observation: No surface sanitizer inside the kitchen at the time of the inspection.
Correction: There must be surface sanitizer inside the kitchen at all times at min 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.

Observation: Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not being adequately sanitized due to improperly working dishwasher. This is a repeat violation.
Correction: Once the low temperature dishwasher is dispensing adequate levels of sanitizer concentration, rewash and resanitize all equipment, utensils, and food contact surfaces.

Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-CEZT3T:

- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 50-100ppm chlorine bleach concentration. Ensure that you monitor dishwasher daily with appropriate test strips.
- Surface sanitizer available at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Rewash and resanitize all equipment/utensils/ food contact surfaces.
