NOTE: Ants observed in eating area. Staff aware of problem. Pest Technician services facility once per week. Traps placed. Frequent cleaning occurring.

- Facility in EXCELLENT sanitary condition
- No evidence of pests (in kitchen area; Pest LogBook indicates lack of pests in kitchen as well)
- Pest control program in place
- Handsinks adequately supplied
- Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius
- Freezers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius
- Dishwasher achieving final sanitizing rinse of greater than or equal to 71 (71.4 ) degrees Celsius at the dish
- Sanitizer solution from dispensing unit at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm QUAT
- Raw meat stored away from Ready to Eat food items
- Light covers in place
