Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted at the time of inspection.
Walkin-cooler at 4C.
Under counter prep coolers at 4C.
Hand washing stations satisfactory.
Standup freezer at -16C.
Chlorine dishwasher at 100ppm. Ensure chlorine test strips are available to monitor chlorine concentration daily.
General sanitation satisfactory.
No pest activity noted.
All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground and properly covered. Rice scoops stored in container of ice.
Inside of ice machine was clean.
Quats sanitizer at 200ppm.
Cooling of curry sauces satisfactory. Internal temperature of advanced prepared sauces was at 4C.
Hot holding of foods at least 60C.
