Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 9 flats of duck eggs were obtained from unknown food source. Each flat contains 20 eggs. Some of the duck eggs were soiled with feces, cracked, and covered with feather. Original box was not label and recipt was not stamped with supplier's information.
All unknown food source of eggs were discarded.
The duck eggs were used to make Spanish Bread. 45 packs of Spanish Bread were found onsite. Each pack contains 2 Spanish Bread. All Spanish Bread made with duck eggs were discarded.
