Ice machine maintained in a sanitary manner surface sanitizer solution available in the back of house and on the grill line during inspection. both measured 200 ppm QUATS All 3X handsinks on premises stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water Cleaning and removal of rodents conducted around bar and in elevator room. flies in kitchen staff change room was significantly less. decommissioned grease trap in this area has not been pumped out or decommissioned properly by the market. this grease trap must be cleaned out and the lid tightly secured. due 1 month New one way signs and blockers installed at entrance of the facility. ensure that covid control measures are adhered to and enforced on site.
