Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No approved surface sanitizer was available during inspection. Wiping cloths stored on counters. Staff prepared bleach solution at 200ppm during inspection and stored wiping cloths in
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that surface sanitizer is always available for cleaning food contact surfaces and at right concentration. Store wiping cloths in sanitizer bucket at all time, change solution as needed

Observation: Dishwasher is not (high temp) properly washing the dishes. The operator indicates that after using the dishwasher, dishes are still dirty. Checked the dishwasher it achieve a temperature of 71.9C at plate level after final rinse.

Corrective Action(s): Staff is to do washing and rinsing the dishes manually and after. Place them to the dishwasher for sanitizing as it can still adequately sanitize dishes.
