Observation: The staff on site did not have a valid Food Safe level 1 certification. They mentioned that the manager and 3 other staff members have their certification but these individuals are not always on site.

Operator's valid Food Safe level 1 certification was available on site.
The measuring cups are being washed and sanitized every hour. A designated sanitizer bucket is kept near the counter so the cups can be soaked and then air dried.
