Follow-up inspection conducted. Operator's valid Food Safe level 1 certification was available on site. The measuring cups are being washed and sanitized every hour. A designated sanitizer bucket is kept near the counter so the cups can be soaked and then air dried. Signature not required. A copy of the report is to be emailed to the operator on the previously provided email address within 1 business day.
