Observation: Both hand washing stations in the meat department are not supplied with paper towel or liquid soap during inspection.
Correction: Place paper towel and liquid soap in all dispensers immediately. All hand washing stations MUST be adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel AT ALL TIMES to promote proper, frequent hand washing by food handlers.
