Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing station equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. Staff with FOODSAFE Level 1 on site. QUATS sanitizer measured at 200 ppm. 2 door freezer measured at -18C. Pizza assembly cooler at 4C Walk in cooler at 4C Dough cooler at 4C Drink cooler at 3C 3 compartment sink used for manual dishwashing. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Washroom is satisfactory. Chemical stored adequately. In use utensils stored in a sanitary manner. General sanitation adequate.
