Correction: Immediately. Stop to use unapproved sanitizer. Provide Quat or Bleach solution to safely sanitize equipment, utensils and food contact surfaces.

Lactic acid sanitizer is approved by the Health Canada. (Note:The owner, Mandy Man, submitted documents via email on June 17, 2021.) File is updated. Test strips are available on site at the time of inspection. Quat sanitizer and Hydrogen Peroxide based disinfectant are available on site now; and going to be use in future. Dispensers for Quat sanitizer will be installed.
