Observation: Glasswasher not stocked with sanitizer chemical (Chlorine or Iodine): Glasswasher must NOT be used to wash gassware at this time.
Correction: All equipment must be washed in Royal Hotel Cafe dishwasher (75°C at final rinse cycle). To be corrected by 19-Aug-2019.
Comments

Follow-up Inspection:
-Glasswasher equipped with Iodine sanitizer. Tested at 50ppm Iodine. This is too high. Iodine should be 12.5ppm.
-Glassware will continue to be run through Royal Hotel Cafe dishwasher until glasswasher serviced.
*Minimum temperature must also be met for dishwasher
*Obtain Iodine test strips.
