Observation: Observation: noodles observed in the hand washing station close to 3 compartment sink. There are enough space to prepare food and to wash dishes in the 3-compartment sink.
Corrective action: Use the noted hand washing sink for only hand wahing and mop washing.

Observation: Observation: Water dripping was found in the hand washing sink in the front area. Water dripping can provide breeding ground for pests.

- all coolers were at 4C or less
- walk in freezer was at -18C or less (Vegetables and meat items are stored seperately, in walk-in freezer)
- All foods are stored off at least 6" (15cm) the floor
- operating permit present
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- Several mice droppings were observed behind chest freezer. However there was no signs of mice activities
Ensure clean the floor regularly
- Bleach sanitizer spray for food contact surfaces, were at high level of bleach.
Fixed the proper concentration of bleach (chlorine:200ppm) during at the time of the inspection.
Ensure mix 5ml or 1 tsp of bleach into 1L of water

- One stiker (physical distance) present on the floor
