Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 3'C
- Walk-in freezer at -19'C
- All preparation and sandwich coolers at or below 4'C (top and bottom)
- Thermometers available in all cold-holding units
- No hot-holding on site
- Temperature logs are maintained
- General sanitation of premise is good during inspection
- All hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- QUATs sanitizer measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration in sanitizer pails (X3) and at 3-compartment sink
- QUATs test strips available on site and within expiry
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 75'C at plate surface (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
- 3-compartment sink available on site with drain plugs
- All food observed covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- First-in-first-out method implemented (food containers are labelled)
- Pop dispenser nozzles observed in sanitary condition
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- No signs of pests
- Staff observed wearing clean uniforms, gloves and hair nets
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site
