Routine Inspection conducted today. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. 2-compartment sink available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 75.9C final rinse temperature. 2 domestic cooler/freezer combo measured at 4C or lower and -18C or lower respectively. Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Food observed to be covered. No signs of pests observed. NOTE: Ensure the chlorine stock bottle is not pre-diluted in the original bottle. Ensure chlorine stock bottle is changed to ensure chlorine do not dissipate from original bottle. Any changes in the floorplan and/or menu items warrant health review and approval. Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
