Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
Hand washing station near ice machine does not have liquid soap.
Corrective Action(s):
Refill liquid soap in dispenser at hand washing station near ice machine. Ensure all hand washing stations are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water and accessible at all times.

Paper towels are available for kitchen hand sink, however not in a dispenser.

Routine Inspection:
Kitchen and front left (closer to walk-in cooler) hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
All coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit).
All freezers maintained below -18 degrees Celsius (0 degrees Fahrenheit).
Bleach sanitizer in bucket = 200 ppm. Wiping cloths stored in sanitizer solution - very good.
Ventilation canopy has been serviced/cleaned and maintained in a sanitary condition.
New layer of silicon caulking has been placed for 2-compartment sink and kitchen hand sink.
Thermometer is now available in under-counter cooler in kitchen. Operator informed that additional refrigeration thermometers have been ordered.
Ice machine clean. Ice scoop stored in designated bowl.
High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 72.3 degrees Celsius at dish level after final rinse cycle.
All food items stored off the floor.
All food items covered and protected from contamination - keep this up!
Organization for storage area by stand-up freezer in front area looks better.
