-Handwash stations stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold water.
- Walk-in coolers (kitchen 1C, downstairs 2C), bar cooler (3C), and server station cooler (2C)
- Walk-in freezer measured -18C
- High temperature dishwasher measured 72.8C at the dish surface .
- both bar glasswashers measured > 12.5 ppm iodine at glass surface.
- Roast potatoes hot held at 71C , rice hot held at 74C
- Ice machine maintained in a sanitary manner, no evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection
- Staff hygiene satisfactory, general premises sanitation was satisfactory, Operator (SF) FOODSAFE level 1 valid to 2024
