Sandwich prep cooler is not in use. Refrigeration company has ordered parts to service unit.
Dishwasher final rinse contained a 100 PPM chlorine residual.
Operator still to address minor leak next to freezer.
Quat sanitizer bottles measured 200 PPM reisidual.
Ensure temperature logs are being maintained.
