Routine inspection conducted.

- Hand washing stations supplied with hot cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Hand wash station in the back available in one of the sink in 2-comp sink. Due to high volume of handling food, ensure to maintain hand washing sinks free and available to use for staff.
- Proper cooling method noted for cooked chicken breast in sauce.
- Proper separation of raw chicken from cooked food noted in fridges.
- All cooling units measured at or below 4 degree C. Thermometers noted in units. Small chest freezer measured at -20C.

Important Reminder: Hot holding unit discussed with operator. Please set temperature of hot water above 60 degree C so that when food is stored, food temp reaches 60 C or hotter.

- Kitchen noted organized and well maintained.
- Floor clean and no sign of pest activity noted at this date.
- Staff hygiene is overall good. Having nail polish for food handlers discussed. Gloves to be used when handling food and proper hand washing is to be practiced.

Kitchen is well lit.
Food safe certificates have expiry date to 2028
