Observation: Rodent droppings noted along floor/ wall edges under dishwasher, beside garbage door in dishwashing area, and along floor/ wall edges in dry food storage room.
Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings and clean the above mentioned areas. Continue to monitor for droppings and follow all recommendations provided by your pest control company.

Note: Operator is aware of activity and advised that ongoing monitoring is taking place. Snap traps and ketch-all boxes placed throughout facility. Ensure that snap traps are properly set to be effective.
