A follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - The 2-compartment sink was installed. It has running hot and cold water. - Liquid soap and paper towels placed adjacent to sink. - All foods stored 6" of the floor on shelves and racks. Have the wooden racks sealed by painting it. - The walk-in-cooler was 4C. Thermometers present. - The condition on the health approval is removed.
