Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher final rinse contained no detectable level of sanitizer
Corrective Action(s): Supply hose into sanitizer bottle was above the sanitizer level - ensure that hose is all the way down inside bottle, so that sanitizer is being dispensed into the dishwashing maching. Corrected. 50ppm bleach measured on final rinse cycle.
