Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. All coolers (undercounter cooler, display sandwich cooler, walk in cooler, drink cooler) measured at 4C or less. Walk in freezer measured at -18C. Hot holding (soup and meat ball) measured at 60C or higher. Food contact surfaces sanitizer measured at 200 ppm QUATs (spray bottle and dispenser) as per test strips. General sanitation is adequate. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. FOODSAFE Level 1 certified staffs on site. Washroom in sanitary condition. Note: display cooler behind the sandwich assembly line was not turned on. No foods stored at this time.
