- Cleaning of the coolers in the downstairs storage area has improved - Ice machine has been cleaned - Sanitizer measured 200ppm quats - ensure a bottle is always available in the kitchen area as well as the front area - Dishwasher now measures 71C or higher at the final rinse cycle - Staff stated that the dishwasher must be drained and re-filled to achieve temperature; obtain a waterproof thermometer to ensure that it is able to reach temperature when in use * Section of the ceiling has been removed where the leak was identified previously. After the area has been aired out/dried out, repair the ceiling. Send photo of repaired ceiling area to the undersigned, or to your area inspector by the end of the month.
