Comments

- Cleaning of the coolers in the downstairs storage area has improved
- Ice machine has been cleaned
- Sanitizer measured 200ppm quats - ensure a bottle is always available in the kitchen area as well as the front area
- Dishwasher now measures 71C or higher at the final rinse cycle
- Staff stated that the dishwasher must be drained and re-filled to achieve temperature; obtain a waterproof thermometer to ensure that it is able to reach temperature when in use
