Tubing has been removed so staff cannot use it. Other sanitizer dispenser is being used at this time. Corrective Action(s): Repair this sanitizer dispenser so it is able to dispense sanitizer at 200 ppm. Contact health inspector once it has been repaired or if repairs cannot be made within a week.
