Routine inspection conducted:
Renovations still not complete; operator is putting in a sandwich station in the front area (with an additional hand sink). Once complete, operator will need to submit an updated menu and food safety plan. Renovations must occurs outside of regular operating hours; ensure to sanitize all food contact surfaces before restaurant operation in case of potential contamination during the renovatinos.
Handsink equipped with soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water (use a pump soap dispenser and not a squeeze bottle)
Walk in cooler at 2.0 deg C
2 upright freezers (one in front and one in back): both at -18 deg C or less
