- general sanitation is good. Rodent droppings cleaned.
- pest control in place. Invoice emailed to Fraser Health according to the owner
- food safe trained staff available. Operator will enroll more staff in food safe level 1 training and email the certificates.
- 3 compartment sink drain plugs available and set up with 100 ppm Cl
- no single use metal containers in use at the time of inspection
Note: The prep cooler ambient air temperature at 6.9 degree Celsius. Technician contacted. Do not store any food product in the bottom compartment. Supplement all potentially hazardous foods in top inserts with ice.
