-General sanitation was satisfactory although some tidying/organization needed in back to keep floor clear to facilitate cleaning.
-Handsink supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, & paper towel. Liquid soap & paper towel present in dishwashing area for handwashing.
-Cooler were at acceptable temperatures (<= 4 deg. C)
