Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # 237286 of Jun-21-2018 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Observation: QUATS sanitizer bucket was at 100ppm and 200ppm is required to properly wash and sanitizer food contact surfaces. Concentrations lower than 200ppm will not effectively remove disease-causing pathogens. Date to be corrected by: Corrected during inspection Correction: Solution of QUATS was discarded and a fresh sanitizer solution Correction: Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # 237286 of Jun-21-2018 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Observation: The handwashing station in the corner by the walk-in freezer didi not have a liquid soap dispenser. Operator said that they do not use this handsink. However, the kitchen was approved according to having this handsink and as such, it must be stocked so that employees can wash their hands properly and frequently. A follow up inspection was conducted: - All foods covered in dry storage room. - Quats santizer in cloth buckle was 200ppm. - Back door in kitchen was closed. Recommend installing screen door if you wish to keep door open. - Ice machine, interior surfaces, is clean. - No personal items found in food processing areas. - These items are in the process of being corrected (contractor being obtained; maintenance man arriving, on order) - floor under the cook line equipment + drink cooler to be cleaned - damaged plastic lids + containers are being organized to be repaired - soap dispenser to be installed on wall by hand sink in back corner - correct ASAP.
