Observation: Final rinse pressure gauge on the dishwasher observed at 10 psi. This is an outstaning issue listed in the report on January 27, 2023.
Corrective Action(s): Repair or replace the gauge so that the final rinse pressure is displaying approx 20psi when the final rinse kicks in. This lets the operator know that the hot sanitizing water is being evenly dispersed to contact all utensil surfaces uniformly.
