Code 302 noted on Follow-Up inspection # MFAD-D3YPXX of Apr-03-2024 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Dishwasher final rinse 66C at plate level using max registering thermometer and thermomlabel (71C) Correction: Adjust/repair dishwasher to meet 71C (dish level). Thermomlabels left to assist operator. Use "third compartment" method to ensure dishware sanitized in the meantime (poster provided). Repair/adjust by April 11, 2024.
