Correction: Adjust/repair dishwasher to ensure temperature at dish level reaches 71C for 10 seconds. Adjust/repair by March 22, 2024.

Observation: Dishwasher final rinse 66C at plate level using max registering thermometer and thermomlabel (71C)
Correction: Adjust/repair dishwasher to meet 71C (dish level). Thermomlabels left to assist operator. Use "third compartment" method to ensure dishware sanitized in the meantime (poster provided). Repair/adjust by April 11, 2024.
