BV's Sports Bar Coolers - good. Hand washing - hot/cold water, liquid soap, paper towels in dispenser provided. Food Safe training - one person on site per shift. Quats sanitizer used (obtained from main kitchen and dispensed at 200ppm). Glassware washer has 12.5ppm iodine final sanitizing rinse - good. Check daily. Cleaning - good. Pest control program in place. Copy of report to be emailed to operator.
